Event Pass Information

Purchase weekend event tickets, and register for competitions, add-ons and intensives, through World Dance Registry.  Keep your confirmation email as your receipt. You will not receive tickets in the mail. Check in at the registration desk upon arrival to get your wristband.

For those unable to attend for the entire weekend, there will be Single-Day & Evening-Only passes available “at-the-door”. ATD pricing will be announced as we get closer to the event.

In addition, for any non-dancers who might want to come and support their friends as they compete or just socialize and enjoy time with friends, a limited number of Spectator pass options will also be available “at-the-door”.

PLEASE NOTE: In efforts to ensure an enjoyable experience for our attendees, Charlotte WestieFest will be capping the event at 900 weekend passes. This will allow us to still host the Friday and Saturday night secondary room dances as well as offer a limited number of day and evening passes to accommodate those who cannot commit to attending for the entire weekend. We did not make this decision lightly, but it is our desire and commitment to ensure that the dance floor and event can accommodate those who attend in a comfortable and welcoming manner based on space considerations and other factors.

As a reminder, those attending via single day and/or evening only passes will be required to provide a negative test result, just like regular event attendees. Get your weekend pass, register for competitions, and sign-up for one of our Amazing Intensives! Remember – while we do not raise the cost of Competitions at-the-door – there will be increases in the costs of the Intensives if you wait to register for those at the event ……. so, don’t procrastinate!
