Note: All reservations at the Hilton (host) hotel must be received no later than Monday, January 21st, 2025.
Rooms cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night only.
An early departure fee of $75 will be charged in the event a guest checks-out prior to the reserved check-out date (if changes are not made prior to or during check-in)
Please do not cancel a reservation without first posting on Facebook – we may have people looking for a reservation transfer!!!
