Select: 2 Double beds – or – 1 King bed.
Choose: Deluxe, Premium or Executive Floor.

Group Block Available Dates — Check in as early as: January 31, 2024 | Check out by: February 6, 2024
Note: All reservations at the Hilton (host) hotel must be received no later than Monday, January 23rd, 2024 .
Rooms cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged for the first night only.
An early departure fee of $75 will be charged in the event a guest checks-out prior to the reserved check-out date (if changes are not made prior to or during check-in)
Please do not cancel a reservation without first posting on Facebook – we may have people looking for a reservation transfer!!!

The main hotel block is essentially sold out. We have secured a discounted room block at the Holiday Inn directly across from the event hotel.
